Whether it’s crafting a single icon or developing a well-documented strategic plan, I am always prepared to roll up my sleeves and engage in the work at every level. I believe that leadership isn’t just about direction—it’s about participation and collaboration, showing dedication through action and inspiring others to do the same.

Leading teams has become a cornerstone of my career, especially over the last several years since moving to Europe. This experience has deepened my understanding of the importance of fostering strong relationships at work. For me, achieving the perfect balance of professionalism, hard work, and radical candor is essential.
